Account & billing

Everything about your account lives on the site, not in the terminal. The terminal signs in once with your email and licence key and then stays signed in.

The dashboard

Sign in at chartveil.com/login with the email you subscribed with. The dashboard has:

• Download — the stable build and, when there is one, the beta, each personalised to your account.
• Licence — your key, and which machines hold a seat.
• Orders — every payment with its receipt.
• Account — your name and password. Your email is the identity your licence, receipts and agreements are tied to, so it is not a self-service field: write to support@chartveil.com from the old address naming the new one.
• Veil AI — your balance, and packs to add to it.
• Affiliate — apply to the affiliate program, which pays a recurring share of every subscription that starts from your link.
• Manage billing — the Stripe billing portal: your card, invoices, switching plan, cancelling. Your card never touches our servers.

What the subscription includes

The terminal, every panel and every update. GEX, the journal, the copier, Veil AI, backtesting and automation are all included in the same subscription; none is an add-on, and macOS, web and iOS are not a separate licence when they ship. Every plan includes Veil AI usage that resets each billing period.

Not included: market data. The connection is built in, but the data and exchange fees on your own account are billed by your broker or prop firm directly, and you sign in with the credentials they issue.

Seats

Two copies at once on annual, one on monthly, on as many of your own machines as you like. See Files, updates & seats.

Payment

If a payment fails, your access stays on while Stripe retries over the following days, with an email each time. If the last attempt also fails the subscription stops and the licence stops working; updating the card from the dashboard starts it again immediately and nothing has been deleted.

Monthly to annual is one button on the dashboard. Annual to monthly: cancel the annual plan so it ends at the close of its period, then start monthly.

Cancelling

Any time, from the Stripe billing portal linked from your account and from every receipt — two clicks, no approval needed. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Uninstalling does not cancel the subscription.

All sales are final, on first payments and on renewals, because access starts the moment payment succeeds; the terms have the wording. Charged when you did not expect to be? Write to sales@chartveil.com with the receipt and a person will look at it.

Deleting your account

Cancel first so nothing renews, then write to us from the account’s email asking for deletion. Your account, licence and device records are removed; payment and agreement records that tax and consumer law require us to keep are retained for as long as they require. The journal, workspaces and settings on your own computer are yours and are not touched by any of this. The privacy policy lists every right you have over your data.
