Chartveil is analysis software
Chartveil is a market-data and analysis terminal. It does not provide trading advice, signals, or recommendations; it does not manage accounts; and the current release does not route orders to any exchange.
Nothing produced by the software — including any study, indicator, profile, heatmap or generated summary — is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. All trading decisions are yours alone.
No performance representations
We make no representation that any person will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any example shown on this site or in the software. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Simulated and hypothetical results
Any simulated, hypothetical or backtested result has inherent limitations. It is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not involve financial risk, and cannot fully account for the impact of liquidity, slippage or the psychological pressure of trading real capital. For these reasons, simulated results frequently differ sharply from results subsequently achieved.
Illustrations on this website, including the animated panel previews, are generated demonstrations of how the software renders data. They are not records of live trading and are not offered as evidence of any result.
CFTC Rule 4.41(b) — hypothetical performance
Where this site or the software displays hypothetical, simulated or backtested results, the following applies:
HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. Registration status
Chartveil is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and is not a member of National Futures Association. It is not a broker, a futures commission merchant, an introducing broker, a commodity trading advisor or a commodity pool operator.
Chartveil does not hold customer funds, does not accept orders, does not exercise discretion over any account, and does not trade for anyone. Nothing on this site or in the software is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any commodity interest, security or other instrument. Where a future release lets you place an order, it will do so only on your own instruction, into your own account, through your own broker.
Market data
A market-data subscription from a third-party provider is required to use the software and is not included in the Chartveil subscription. Data accuracy, availability and latency depend on that provider and on your own connection. Data may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted.
No warranty of fitness
The software is provided as a tool. It may contain defects, and its output may be incorrect. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for any trading decision, and you remain responsible for verifying anything that matters to you.

Chartveil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rithmic, CME Group, Bookmap, ATAS, Sierra Chart, or any prop firm or broker referred to on this site. Product names are used for identification only.
